PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Henry Demone has charted High Liner through a decade of rapid change, maintaining the trust in this familiar Canadian brand while modernizing its function. Henry has led the transformation of the Company from its roots as a fishing company to its position today as a well-known food processor and marketer of high quality seafood.

Henry was born in High Liner's home town, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, in 1954. He graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours in Mathematics) and spent a year at Dalhousie University in the Master of Science program. He opted to join National Sea Products on a full-time basis in 1977, starting in the role of Export Assistant. Henry subsequently became Regional Sales Manager, Western Europe and later, International Sales Manager. In 1980, he left NSP to join Franz Witte AB, a Swedish food company and division of Volvo. He initially worked as Managing Director of their Canadian subsidiary and subsequently held the same position at the company's French subsidiary.

In 1984, Henry returned to National Sea Products as Vice President - International. In January 1988, he was appointed Executive Vice President, International and Trading. In August 1989, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. The Company's name was changed from National Sea Products Limited to High Liner Foods Incorporated in January 1999.

Henry is the current Chairman of The National Fisheries Institute , the USA's leading advocacy organization for the seafood industry. He is past Chair of the Groundfish Forum and is currently a member of it's Executive Committee, a global organization that includes the leading companies of the seafood business. He is also a member of the World President's Organization and is active in community affairs and youth recreation.

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER CANADIAN OPERATIONS

A Torontonian, Mario's career began in grocery retailing with Dominion Stores Limited. Mario has managed grocery departments and supermarkets, so knows his customers inside and out. He joined the Company in 1981 as a sales representative. Quickly climbing the ranks from regional to national levels, Mario took over retail sales and marketing for Canada in 1991. He joined the Company's Management Committee in 1992, and in 2003 was appointed to his current role, overseeing all Canadian operations. In 2008 Mario oversaw the integration of FPI's Canadian Marketing & Manufacturing operations, completeing it in August 2008. Mario has successfully completed management programs at both the University of Syracuse in New York, and York University in Toronto. Mario's leadership keeps the High Liner® brand out in front as Canada's number one frozen seafood brand.

Keith-Decker KEITH A. DECKER
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER,
HIGH LINER FOODS (USA) INCORPORATED

A native of Seattle, Washington, Keith Decker joined Fishery Products International in 1995.  Keith has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Washington and has completed management sessions at Harvard's Executive Management Program. He is currently a member of the National Fisheries Institute and the Northwest Fisheries Association.  Keith has taken on various roles at FPI, starting in Foodservice Commodity Sales, moving on to General Manager of the West Coast, Director of Commodity Sales, Director of Foodservice Sales, National Sales Manger, Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice president Sales & Marketing and upon the acquisition of FPI was Chief Operating Officer. 

In March 2008, subsequent to the acquisition of Fisheries Products in December 2007, Keith was named President and Chief Operating Officer of High Liner Foods (USA). He led the successful integration of the two companies which was completed in October 2008. Keith brings over 20 years of seafood industry experience to his role as President and COO of High Liner Foods (USA) Incorporated.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND SECRETARY

Kelly obtained his CA designation in 1978 with a Canadian national firm of chartered accountants, after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honours in Economics from Mount Allison University. He was named a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia in 2006. He joined the Company in 1984, and now oversees all accounting, treasury, risk management, legal services, Board of Directors' administration, internal audit, tax compliance and planning and information systems for the Company. Kelly has lead the implementation and continuing improvements of enterprise-wide business systems which underpins the Company's state-of-the-art business management and control processes as well as business intelligence software.

Kelly is a member of the Canadian Advisory Board of Factory Mutual Insurance Company (FM Global), Financial Executives International, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia (ICANS). He is currently President of ICANS and is a past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia Community College.

VICE PRESIDENT, PROCUREMENT

Paul joined High Liner upon his graduation from Memorial University in 1978, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with honours. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University in 1984 in International Business Studies, Paul has moved through the ranks of production and logistics management to his current appointment in 2000. The strategic management of the Company's procurement of seafood raw material is essential to our success. Paul collaborates with the Company's sales and marketing teams in Canada and the USA to ensure we procure what our customers demand and is responsible for our supplier relationships around the world. He is also focused on streamlining the supply chain, to keep costs down and provide high levels of customer service. Paul is a director of the Fisheries Council of Canada and the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. He is also the current Chair of the Seafood Producers of Nova Scotia.

VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Joanne joined the High Liner team in January 2007 with 16 years experience focused on human resources in the food manufacturing industry. Joanne is responsible for ensuring that the Company maintains a competitive advantage through its human resources practices.
After graduating from Dalhousie and Saint Mary's University, Joanne began her career with Farmer's Cooperative Dairy. Throughout her career at Farmer's, she worked in increasingly senior roles to Vice President. Joanne's experience in Human Resource Management is both operational and strategic, and includes the implementation of a wide range of human resource programs. Joanne has continued to develop her skills at Queen's University through the Executive and Industrial Relations Centres. Joanne's skills will ensure that we have the talent to grow our business and take advantage of the significant opportunities in the North American seafood market.
