Financial Information
High Liner Foods prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Our transition date was January 3, 2010 and our first audited annual financial statements under IFRS will be for the fifty-two weeks ended December 31, 2011. Our first reporting date under IFRS was for the thirteen weeks ended April 2, 2011 which includes fiscal 2010 comparatives restated for IFRS.
