Quality
We provide products that meet the needs of consumers for taste, value, convenience and nutrition. We make it easy for our customers to do business with us by providing superior service in all areas important to them.

In order to prosper, a business must produce quality products and strong brands, which satisfy the needs of consumers who buy and use the products. We must do a great job today, and we must also listen to customers as their needs change so that we can innovate to meet their future needs.

Integrity
We build relationships of trust with our customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders by clearly communicating expectations and results.

Integrity is the value that describes our relationship with each other as well as with customers, shareholders and suppliers. We must clearly communicate expectations and results. Involvement
Our core value of involvement recognizes the importance of everyone at High Liner Foods working together as a team to achieve our goals. The people who do the daily work are best able to recognize when and where improvements can be made to the business. How can we make sure we live by this core value?

  • Our business strategy will be clearly communicated so that everyone can align his or her actions to support the strategy.
  • Each of us must take charge of our own work and look for ways to make it better. 
  • We must speak up when we see opportunities to improve so that corrective action can be taken.
  • We must try to understand what the next person does with our work when we pass it on. Sometimes a small change in one area can lead to a large improvement in another area if we work together and look for improvements.
